Wheat Brown Bread

Fresh Cream
Soak bread slices in whole milk for a minute and set aside.
Heat a skillet and melt ghee, add cardamom and soaked bread.
Cook until it's light brown.
Add sugar and cream and cook for around 10 minutes until it becomes mushy.
Heat ghee in a small pan.
Add cashews, raisins and roast till they become golden brown in colour.
Set aside roasted dry fruits.
Add roasted dry fruits on top of the halwa and sprinkle cardamom powder.
Allow it to cool and garnish with silver leaf and some more dry fruits.
Serve hot or warm.
