Sauté the mixture until it turns light brown.
Add sugar and cream to the pan.
Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
In a separate small pan, heat ghee.
Add cashews and raisins to the hot ghee and fry until golden.
Remove the fried nuts and raisins from the pan.
Add the fried dry fruits to the halwa mixture and mix well.
Sprinkle a little cardamom powder over the halwa.
Let the halwa cool down slightly.
Garnish with edible silver leaf (chandi ka varq) before serving.
