Add the cooked rice and mix well.
After 1 minute, add the cooked fish and mix gently.
Cook for 1 minute and then garnish with chopped green coriander and green onions.
Serve Assamese Fish Fried Rice with curd (yogurt) and Kachumbar salad for dinner.
