Mince and mash garlic and shallots with salt to form a paste.
In a large bowl, combine the garlic-shallot paste with five spice powder, paprika, rosemary, cayenne, and oil.

Arrange the baked wings around the bowl.
Garnish the platter with coriander sprigs.
