Preheat oven to 450°F.

Puree until combined.
Add garlic cloves and cayenne pepper to the food processor.
Process again to incorporate.
Add firm tofu to the food processor.
Process until smooth.
Add water and soy sauce to the food processor.
Process until desired consistency is achieved.
Adjust seasonings to taste, if desired.
Let cool completely.
Serve with pita chips, crudités (vegetables), or crusty bread.
