frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower
thawed and drained
cream of mushroom soup
Swiss cheese
shredded
sour cream
black pepper
chopped pimentos
drained
French fried onions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the thawed and drained frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, black pepper, drained chopped pimentos, and half of the French fried onions.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour the mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish.
Cover the casserole dish with a lid or aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven and uncover it.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded Swiss cheese and the remaining French fried onions over the top of the casserole.
Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the onions are golden brown.
