Thaw the frozen broccoli, carrot, and cauliflower combination.
In a large bowl, combine the thawed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 cup of shredded Swiss cheese, sour cream, Mother Nature's seasoning, and half of the French fried onions.
