Slice each piece of cheese into three rounds.
Prepare a large enough pickle jar.
Pour a small amount of oil in the bottom of the jar.
Add a tiny bit of each herb (onions and garlic as you like) to the bottom of the jar.
Place the first piece of cheese in the jar.
Continue layering oil and herbs in between each piece of cheese.
Ensure not to overdo the herbs.
Once all cheese is in the jar, ensure that the oil is just covering the top piece.
Put the lid on and stick in the fridge for at least 5 days to marinate.
