Grate the paneer and place it in a large bowl.
Finely chop the capsicum and green chilli.
Add the chopped capsicum, green chilli, chaat masala, pepper powder, and salt to the bowl with the paneer.
Mix all ingredients well.
Place a portion of the paneer mixture on a bread slice and spread evenly.
Cover with another bread slice and gently press to seal.
Repeat for the remaining bread slices.
Heat a skillet on medium heat and apply a little butter.
Place the sandwich on the skillet and toast until light brown (about 2 minutes).
Apply a little butter on the top layer of the bread, flip over, and cook for another 2 minutes until brown and crisp.
Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
Serve hot.
