Heat a wok or heavy bottomed pan over medium heat.
Gently roast the oats until they turn crisp and lightly golden.
Remove from the pan and keep aside.
Heat the sunflower oil in the same pan over medium heat.
Add all the nuts and seeds and roast them for about 5 minutes.
Add the dried dates, raspberries, and sultanas along with the honey and vanilla essence.
Roast for another couple of minutes.
Add in the toasted oats, wheat flakes, cinnamon, and nutmeg powder.
Mix everything thoroughly using a spatula.
Cool completely.
Store in an airtight container.
