Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil and jaggery using an electric mixer until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, ragi flour, muesli, baking powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg and salt.
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and combine well.
Add chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
Place a baking sheet on a baking tray.
Using an ice cream scoop or your hands, scoop out the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a few inches between each cookie.
Refrigerate the cookies for 10 minutes.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn light golden brown.
Serve with a hot beverage.
