Dissolve honey in warm water, then dissolve yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and olive oil; stir well.
Knead dough on a floured surface until no longer sticky.
Oil a bowl, place dough in bowl, turn to coat with oil, and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Punch down dough, divide into two portions, and roll into thin circles.
Place dough on oiled pizza pans.
Blend peanut butter, tea, rice vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil, ginger, and honey for the peanut sauce.
Combine chicken, sesame seeds, paprika, chile peppers, salt, and 3 tablespoons of peanut sauce.
Spread remaining peanut sauce on pizza dough. Top with chicken, green onions, and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
Garnish with carrots and cilantro.
