Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain well. Set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Remove from skillet and set aside.
If using other meat or shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces.

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet.
Stir-fry everything together, adding soy sauce to taste. Continue stirring until heated through and well combined.
