Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce

soft brown sugar
dried chopped coriander leaf
dried chopped parsley
ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to gas 6 / 200C / 400F and line a baking tray with foil.
Mix the Thai Sweet Chilli dipping sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soft brown sugar, dried chopped coriander leaf, dried chopped parsley, ground black pepper and lemon zest (optional) together to form the glaze.
Pat dry the chicken drumsticks.
Place the chicken drumsticks on the prepared baking tray.
Season the chicken drumsticks with a sprinkle of salt.
Spoon half of the glaze over the chicken drumsticks.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Turn the chicken drumsticks over.
Spoon the rest of the glaze over the chicken drumsticks.
Bake for a further 20 minutes.
Baste the chicken drumsticks with the tray juices before serving.
