Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a medium bowl, add the self-rising flour.
Measure the mayonnaise into the middle of the flour.

Stir with a fork and incorporate the flour from the sides of the bowl until you've added all of the milk.
Using a spoon, mix until well blended.
