Sprinkle the inside of the tomatoes with salt.

In a skillet, sauté broccoli, onion, and garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil until the onion is tender.
Add shrimp, orzo, pine nuts, 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, and basil to the skillet and blend well.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into the prepared tomatoes.
Arrange the stuffed tomatoes in a shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining olive oil and parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until tops are golden.
