Pour the cooked noodles and meat mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
Top with tomato sauce, spreading evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Return to the oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
