Prepare the dough using a bread maker.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces after the first rise.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, covered with a damp towel.
Peel and cut the potato into eighths.
Microwave the potato until softened.
Pat the potato dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Cut each cheese slice into fourths.
Roll out each piece of dough.
Wrap a cheese piece and a potato piece inside each piece of dough.
Seal the dough well and let it rise for 35 minutes at 40C.
Brush the egg over the top of the risen dough.
Cut a deep cross on the top of each dough ball using kitchen scissors.
Top with mayonnaise and parsley to taste.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes.
