turkey pepperoni
canned sliced black olives

Place the tortilla in the hot skillet.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over half of the tortilla.
Arrange the turkey pepperoni slices over the cheese.
Sprinkle the sliced black olives over the pepperoni.
Add the dried oregano over the filling.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the oregano.
Fold the bare half of the tortilla over the filling to create a quesadilla.
Cook the pizzadilla until the cheese on the bottom is mostly melted and the tortilla is lightly browned, approximately 2 minutes.
Carefully flip the quesadilla with a spatula.
Continue cooking until the cheese is completely melted and the bottom is lightly browned.
Remove from skillet and slice the pizzadilla into 4 wedges.
Serve immediately with low-fat marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
