All Purpose Flour (Maida)

Milk

Dissolve the sugar in 1/2 cup of warm water.
Combine flour, oil, sugar water and milk in a mixing bowl.
Mix everything together to make a smooth ball of dough.
Roll out the dough to about a 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut the dough in strips and slice a slot in the middle of each piece.
Pull one corner of the piece of dough through the slot in the middle, creating a twist.
Fry them in a deep fry pan on medium-high heat until golden brown, moving them around gently.
Serve with hot Masala Chai and Grilled Spicy Potato Sandwich.
