In a separate bowl, combine the cooked and drained ground beef, salsa, tomato sauce, and 2/3 cup of Monterey Jack cheese.
Pour the beef mixture over the tortilla chips in the container.
Cover the container with wax paper.
Cook on High in the microwave for 9 minutes, turning 3 times during cooking.
Remove the wax paper and top with the remaining tortilla chips and cheese.
Cook for an additional 1 minute in the microwave until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with avocado slices, chopped tomato, and sliced ripe olives before serving.
