Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Dredge chicken breasts in blackening spice.
Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat.
Blacken both sides of chicken in skillet.
Place skillet with chicken in the oven for 10 minutes, or until juices run clear.
Remove chicken from oven and slice into strips.
Set chicken aside.
In a saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil.

Slice artichoke hearts in half.
Drain artichoke hearts well.
Add artichoke hearts to the pan with the sauce.
Cook until artichoke hearts are warm.
Nest cooked pasta on large rimmed plates.
Pour sauce over pasta.
Garnish with scallions and remaining Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
