Jowar Flour
Ginger Garlic Paste
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Sunflower Oil
Hot Water
Wash, peel, and grate the radish.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated radish, jowar flour, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, and salt.
Mix well and add hot water gradually, kneading into a soft dough. The radish's moisture should help.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Knead again briefly and divide into 4 equal balls.
On butter paper or a plastic sheet, flatten each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin or your hands. Add flour if the dough is sticky.
Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Carefully place the roti on the hot griddle, removing the butter paper.
Cook the roti on both sides over medium heat until golden brown spots appear.
Repeat for the remaining rotis.
Serve hot with Aloo Gobi Ki Sabzi, Curd, and Gor Keri Pickle.
