After 10 minutes, mix the potato fries in the oven to ensure even baking.
Drizzle with a little more oil if needed.
Remove the baked potato fries from the oven and transfer them to a serving platter.
Drizzle with eggless mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
Top with black olives and jalapeno slices.
Serve immediately as an appetizer.
