Mix Greek salad dressing and mayonnaise in a large resealable plastic bag.
Add chicken pieces to the bag, seal, and turn to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to marinate.

Thread chicken and red onion wedges alternately onto skewers.
