Finely chop beetroot, bell pepper, cabbage, and spring onion greens.
Transfer chopped vegetables to a bowl.
Stir in mayonnaise, black pepper powder, and red chili flakes. Mix well and adjust seasoning.
Cut bread slices into heart shapes using cutters.
Butter the heart-shaped bread slices on one side.
Spread beet-mayo filling on half of the buttered slices.
Place the remaining buttered slices (butter-side down) on top of the filling and press lightly.
Apply Nutella to some of the smaller heart-shaped slices.
Place other half on the top and press gently.
Spread jam on the remaining smaller heart-shaped slices.
Place the other half over the top and press gently.
