Roll the chicken breasts tightly around the stuffing.
Secure each rolled chicken breast with toothpicks.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a 9-inch square baking pan.
Distribute any remaining stuffing in the center of the pan around the chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining crushed pineapple and syrup, brown sugar, vinegar, and ground ginger.
Spoon this pineapple mixture evenly over the stuffed chicken breasts.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
