Mayonnaise

Prepare the dough using a bread maker or dough kneader.
Knead the dough for 20 minutes and let it rise for 40 minutes.
Divide the dough into 15 portions (approximately 55g each) and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Stretch each portion of dough into a flat, round disk, slightly smaller than the ham slice.
Place a slice of ham on top of each dough disk.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough with the ham on top, allowing the ham to slightly peek out from under the dough.
Roll up the ham and dough together.
Cut each roll into 4 equal pieces.
Place the roll pieces into aluminum cups.
Let the rolls rise a second time for 20 minutes.
Coat the rolls with egg for a glaze and squeeze mayonnaise on top.
Bake in a gas oven at 170C for 10 minutes.
Top with fresh parsley before serving.
