Add enough of the remaining flour to make a stiff dough.

Let the dough rise in a warm place for 45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough.
Cut the dough into the desired sizes for loaves.
Knead the loaves a few times slowly on a lightly floured board.
Shape the dough into round loaves.
Place the loaves on a greased baking sheet.
Cut your favorite symbol on top of the loaves.
Let the loaves rise again in a warm spot for 30 minutes.
Bake in a 375F (190C) oven for about 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool on racks.
