Blend orange juice, apple cubes, and condensed milk in a blender until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and fold in the orange zest.
Set aside the mixture.
In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the blended fruit mixture using a spatula.
Once incorporated, fold in the remaining whipped cream.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a pan or container.
Cover the container tightly (preferably with silver foil) and freeze for 5-6 hours.
Remove the ice cream from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
Scoop into a bowl or cone.
Garnish with orange zest and a cherry on top (optional).
