Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 2.5 to 3 minutes, or until caramels are completely melted, stirring after each minute.

Place pecan halves in mounded groupings of about 3 nuts each into 36 clusters, about 3 inches apart, on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
Spoon about 2 teaspoons of caramel sauce over center of each nut cluster.
Ensure caramel sauce "glues" the clusters together.
Freeze for 15 minutes, or until caramel sauce is firm.
Melt chocolate as directed on package.
Dip nut clusters, one at a time, into chocolate, turning to completely coat nuts.
Return dipped clusters to baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, or until chocolate is firm.
