Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread uniformly.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and spread the melted dark chocolate over the top.
Allow to cool completely until the chocolate is firm.
Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the chocolate to set.
Cut into bars or squares.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator, especially in warm weather.
