Combine ground cinnamon, white glue, and water in a bowl.

Mix until a dough forms.

Refrigerate the dough for 2 hours.

Sprinkle cinnamon on a flat surface.

Knead the refrigerated dough on the cinnamon-covered surface until smooth.

Roll the dough out to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.

Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes.

Using a straw, punch a hole near the top of each ornament for hanging.

Dry the ornaments for 4 days, turning each day, or bake in a warm oven for 2 hours.

Decorate the ornaments with paint, buttons, ribbon, etc.

Thread a ribbon through the hole to hang.
