Unwrap Hershey's Kisses.

Take a scant tablespoon of dough and mold it around each Hershey's Kiss, completely covering the chocolate.
Shape the covered Kiss into a ball.
Place the cookie dough balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until set.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
