thawed to room temperature
Cooked Chicken
cubed, seasoned with salt & pepper
Frozen Vegetable Mixture
peas, corn, carrots & beans
Cheddar Cheese

Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Dried Minced Onion
Italian Seasoning
Fresh Parsley
for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray counter with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine thawed dinner rolls into a ball.
Roll the dough into a 12-inch circle.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, dried minced onion, and Italian seasoning.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Remove plastic wrap from the dough circle.
Cut the dough into 8 equal pie-shaped pieces.
Place the dough pieces on a sprayed 12-inch pizza pan, forming a ring.
Arrange the dough with pointed ends facing the outer edge of the pan and wide ends overlapping slightly.
Lightly press the overlapping ends together to seal.
Spoon the chicken and vegetable filling over the wide ends of the ring.
Fold the points of the dough over the filling and tuck them under the wide ends.
The filling will still be partially visible.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Let cool slightly before serving.
