Mix chili powder and paprika into the melted butter vigorously. Set aside.
Slice the loaf of bread into 6 equal portions, cutting 3/4 of the way through.
Fill each slice with your preferred cheese and fruit combinations.
Suggested fillings: medjool dates, camembert cheese with korean pear, cheddar cheese and red apple, macadamia nuts, mozzarella cheese and almond.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil.
Broil until the cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes or longer, adjusting based on broiler strength.
