In a medium-sized bowl, combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar).
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 2 hours to ferment.
After fermentation, knead the dough again with sunflower oil.
Divide the dough into equal portions.
Take one portion, apply sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves on top, and roll it into an oval shape.
Prepare all kulchas in the same manner.
Brush a microwave-safe plate with oil and place the kulchas on it.
Let them rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat microwave to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake kulchas for 10 minutes.
Apply butter on top.
Serve the Baked Amritsari Kulcha with Pindi Chole and Aam Ka Achaar.
