Add green chillies and chopped tomatoes; sauté for 2 minutes.
Add green peas, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and curry powder; sauté until the peas are cooked well.
Whisk eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
Add the whisked eggs to the pan; season with salt.
Saute until the eggs form runny scrambled eggs.
Switch off the flame.
Add coriander leaves and lemon juice; mix well.
Garnish with ginger juliennes.
Serve hot with toasted bread or pav and Masala chai.
