Toast 3 tablespoons of sesame seeds, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a dry pan until lightly toasted.

Remove the toasted seeds and nuts from the pan and let them cool in a bowl.

Toast the additional 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds separately until lightly toasted and let them cool on a separate plate.
