Instant coffee powder

Chocolate chips
Cut the Chocolate Cake into small pieces or crumble it.
Prepare Vanilla Cream: Add vanilla extract to heavy whipped cream and mix well.
Set aside the vanilla cream.
Prepare Coffee Syrup: Heat water in a saucepan on medium flame.
Add instant coffee powder and sugar to the hot water.
Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
Turn off the flame and allow the coffee syrup to cool.
In a glass, put a thin layer of vanilla cream.
Add a layer of crumbled or cut chocolate cake on top of the cream.
Drizzle coffee syrup (about 1/2 teaspoon) over the chocolate cake layer.
Add another layer of vanilla cream.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the cream layer.
Repeat the layering process about 4 more times.
Lastly, sprinkle coffee powder on top using a sieve.
Set the glass in the fridge for 1 hour.
Serve the Vanilla Choco Mousse chilled as a dessert.
