dhana gheera

lime

oil

or melted magarine

In a bowl, mix together tandoori masala, plain yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, dhana gheera, and lime juice (or vinegar).

Add the cubed chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well.
