Tandoori marsala
plain yoghurt
crushed garlic
salt
blackpepper
tumeric powder
chilli powder
as to ur taste
garam masala
dhana gheera
lime
Juice of one
oil
or melted magarine
In a bowl, mix together tandoori masala, plain yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, dhana gheera, and lime juice (or vinegar).
Add the cubed chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well.
Marinate the chicken for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight for best results.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers on charcoal or in the oven grill, whichever you prefer.
While grilling, brush the chicken with oil to achieve a nice color. You can also brush with some of the marinade to keep the chicken moist.
Grill until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Serve the tandoori chicken skewers with a salad, fries, or naan.
