If you don't have a Pyrex measuring cup, use any oven-safe dish of a similar size and shape.
Place the assembly (measuring cup and tortilla) into the preheated oven.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Carefully remove the assembly from the oven.
Gently peel the tortilla from the measuring cup.
Return the tortilla to the oven without the measuring cup.
Bake for another 4 minutes.
Flip the tortilla upside down.
Bake for 4 minutes longer.
