For cooking
Boil sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker until firm.
Smash the boiled sweet potatoes using your hands or a ladle.
In a big bowl, add wheat flour, mashed sweet potato, salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, and jeera seeds.
Mix everything together thoroughly.
Add water little by little and make a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a cotton cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Using a chapati roller, make a round shape roti or chapati.
Heat a pan and flip the roti on both sides.
Drizzle a little oil on both sides to get a mild golden color.
Cook until done.
Switch off the stove and serve hot.
