Frozen green peas
thawed
Fresh mint
finely chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Add sugar snap peas to the boiling water during the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Drain the pasta and sugar snap peas.
Rinse pasta mixture under cold running water until cool.
Drain again.
Slice sugar snap peas in half lengthwise, if desired.
Stir in green peas and mint.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
