Boil soy granules for 10 minutes, then strain with fresh water.
Pressure cook sweet corn until soft but not mushy and set aside.
Heat sunflower oil in a wok.
Sauté chopped onion with salt until translucent and set aside.
Sauté another onion in the same wok until semi-cooked.
Add soy granules and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add boiled corn and stir well.
Add salt, red chili powder, oregano flakes, and tomato ketchup and stir for 5-7 minutes until cooked, then set aside.
Grind tomatoes and garlic cloves to make the pizza sauce.
Heat oil in a wok, add the tomato paste, sugar, salt, chili flakes, and oregano flakes.
Stir until the sauce thickens to a semi-pouring consistency and set aside.
Butter a tawa and place the pizza base on it to roast.
Flip the base when it starts turning golden and roast the other side.
Remove the base from the tawa when it turns crispy.
Spread pizza sauce on the base.
Spread the prepared soy granules and corn mixture on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Garnish with fried onions and oregano flakes.
Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese starts melting. Alternatively, cover with a lid on the tawa for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with olives, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.
