Combine flour, yeast, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Chop butter into small pieces and add to the dry ingredients.
Pour lukewarm, strong-brewed green tea over the mixture.
Squeeze tea bags to extract all liquid into the dough.
Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface.
Knead for 10 minutes, adding flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Place the dough back in the mixing bowl and cover with cling film.
Let rise for 2 hours, or at least 30 minutes if short on time.
Remove the dough from the bowl and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf in a greased loaf tin.

Cover and let rest for 30 minutes in the tin.

Brush the top of the loaf with milk.
Sprinkle nigella and sesame seeds evenly over the milk-brushed surface.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
