Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a small bowl until well blended.
Unroll crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface.
Separate the dough into two 7x3-1/2-inch rectangles.
Place the rectangles side-by-side on a nonstick baking sheet.
Firmly press seams and perforations together to seal the dough.
Brush half of the butter mixture over the sealed dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and chopped onions evenly over the buttered dough.
Top with thinly sliced deli turkey breast.
Starting at one of the short ends, roll up each rectangle to form a log.
Pinch seams and ends of the logs together to seal.
Position logs lengthwise, seam-sides down, in the center of the baking sheet.
Brush the remaining butter mixture over the logs.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
Cut each log into six slices.
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
