Soak the idli rava and urad dal separately overnight or for 4-5 hours.
Grind the urad dal to a smooth consistency in a mixer grinder.
Add the drained rava to the dal batter and mix well.
Cover the batter and keep aside for 3 to 4 hours for fermentation.
Add the chopped capsicums, onions (if desired), olives (if desired), jalapeños (if desired), corn, cheese, pizza sauce, pizza seasoning, red chilli flakes, and salt to the batter.
Mix all ingredients properly.
Leave a few chopped veggies for garnish.
Pour the batter into small muffin molds.
Garnish with some chopped veggies, oregano, and red chilli flakes.
Steam the muffins in a pressure cooker without the weight for 10 minutes, first 5 minutes on high heat and then 5-6 minutes on low heat.
Let the muffins stay in the closed cooker for 2 minutes before unmolding.
Insert a toothpick to check for doneness. If it comes out clean, the muffins are cooked. If not, steam for a few more minutes.
Serve the Pizza Flavored Idli Muffins warm.
