Soak the idli rava and urad dal separately overnight or for 4-5 hours.
Grind the urad dal to a smooth consistency.
Add the drained rava to the dal batter and mix until incorporated.
Cover and let it sit for 3-4 hours.
Add chopped capsicums, onions, olives, jalapeños, corn, cheese, pizza sauce, pizza seasoning, red chilli flakes, and salt to the batter and mix well.
Reserve some chopped veggies for garnish.
Pour the batter into small muffin molds.
Garnish with chopped veggies, oregano, and red chilli flakes.
Steam in a pressure cooker without the weight for 10 minutes (5 minutes on high heat, then 5-6 minutes on low heat).
Let the muffins sit in the closed cooker for 2 minutes before unmolding.
Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; if it comes out clean, the muffins are cooked. Otherwise, steam for a few more minutes.
