Pimm's liqueur
fizzy lemonade
lemon slice
orange slice
apple slice
cucumber
fresh mint
borage
ice
Fill a Collins or Highball glass with ice.
Add lemon slice, orange slice, apple slice, cucumber slice, mint sprig, and/or borage sprig to the glass.
Pour 50 ml of Pimm's liqueur into the glass.
Gently pour 200 ml of fizzy lemonade into the glass, pouring down the inside of the glass while tilting the glass.
Stir gently with a swizzle stick if desired.
